As the first point of contact for guests, our Front Office Staff play a key role in delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service. You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects Lekhwar Hospitality’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures

Manage reservations and room assignments accurately

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs

Maintain records and handle payments efficiently
Requirements:

Prior experience in front office or customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
