As the first point of contact for guests, our Front Office Staff play a key role in delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service. You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects Lekhwar Hospitality’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures

  • Manage reservations and room assignments accurately

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs

  • Maintain records and handle payments efficiently

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in front office or customer service preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
